Income Documentation (required for all applicants and listed spouses)
- Your most recent paystub -or-
- Your prior year W2 -or-
- Social Security, Pension or other annual payment documentation.

If you are emailing or faxing, please put in the subject “[Your Name] Loan Application” so we can attach it to the proper application. DO NOT include personal information such as your Account Number or Social Security Number in the email.
